Up Again in Both Rankings! Infore Group Named to the 2026 China Top 500 Private Enterprise Lists

On September 22, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released its 2026 China Top 500 Private Enterprises series of rankings. Infore Group once again secured positions on both lists, ranking No. 375 among the Top 500 Private Enterprises in China, up 25 places from last year, and No. 272 among the Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises in China, up 7 places. The Group’s rise in both rankings reflects its sustained commitment to the real economy, solid operating track record, and comprehensive strength.

Widely recognized as an important benchmark for tracking the development of China’s private sector and assessing the scale and strength of leading private enterprises, the China Top 500 Private Enterprises rankings carry significant influence. Among them, the Top 500 Private Manufacturing Enterprises list focuses specifically on manufacturing companies, highlighting the scale, capabilities, and industrial competitiveness of China’s private manufacturers.

Founded in 1994, Infore Group has grown steadily over more than three decades into a diversified industrial group with a global outlook. As of June 2026, the Group had a workforce of approximately 60,000, total assets of nearly RMB 100 billion, and annual revenue approaching RMB 40 billion. Its operations span more than 200 countries and regions worldwide, and it maintains an AAA corporate credit rating.

Guided by its mission of “Making Life Better,” Infore Group continues to advance its “3+1” strategy by strengthening its three core businesses—consumer products, environmental services, and culture—while enhancing its professional investment capabilities. The Group continues to build expertise in product innovation, manufacturing upgrades, content development, global operations, and asset management.

Consumer | Strengthening Core Categories and Expanding Global Operations

KUKA HOME (603816) continues to advance its operations around four priorities: “quality-driven operations, structural growth, lean efficiency gains, and system-wide enablement,” with high-quality supply serving as a key pillar of its core business.

In the first half of 2026, KUKA HOME recorded revenue of RMB 9.875 billion. Revenue from its sofa category reached RMB 6.45 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 13.81%, while its export business generated revenue of RMB 5.067 billion, up 19.01% year on year. Its strategic product categories and overseas business maintained solid growth momentum.

To drive structural growth, KUKA HOME is further concentrating resources on functional and smart products, replacement and upgrade demand, lower-tier markets, e-commerce, and overseas markets outside the United States. It is also continuing to advance its four strategic pillars—“retail transformation, deeper globalization, high-quality supply, and efficiency-driven growth”—while strengthening its product capabilities, retail operations, lean management, and digital capabilities.

Environment | Consolidating Industry Leadership and Accelerating Intelligent Transformation

Infore Environment (000967) focuses on integrating environmental services with intelligent technology. Supported by its comprehensive portfolio of environmental equipment and digital platforms, the company continues to enhance an integrated business system encompassing “smart equipment, smart services, and smart cloud computing,” building an industrial ecosystem that spans front-end smart equipment development and back-end intelligent operational services.

In the first half of 2026, Infore Environment recorded revenue of RMB 7.872 billion, up 21.80% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached RMB 477 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 24.71%, with both operating scale and profitability improving steadily.

In addition, the company’s environmental equipment sales have ranked first in China’s domestic market for 25 consecutive years, while its market share also leads the industry. Its new-energy environmental equipment business delivered particularly strong performance, with both sales volume and market share ranking first in the industry for four consecutive years.

Culture | Committed to Premium Content and Extending IP Value

Baination (300291) places original IP creation and development at the core of its business. The company continues to expand its multi-format content portfolio across television series, films, short- and medium-length dramas, games, and musical theatre, strengthening the connection between content production and IP operations.

In the first half of 2026, the contemporary drama Small Town, Big Story (《小城大事》) premiered during CCTV-8’s prime-time slot and on Tencent Video, topping the popularity charts on both platforms during its run. The period inspirational drama Winter Gives Way to Spring (《冬去春来》) aired simultaneously on CCTV-8 and iQIYI and received positive market feedback. Jingcheng Qitan (《京城奇探》), a Republican-era mystery detective drama released in July, ranked No. 1 on Tencent Video’s short-drama popularity chart for several consecutive days.

Meanwhile, the films Dunhuang Heroes (《敦煌英雄》) and Lao Jianghu (《老江湖》) are scheduled for nationwide theatrical release on September 25. The company is also exploring musical theatre, licensed merchandise, and culture-and-tourism consumption scenarios based on core IP franchises such as I Am What I Am (《雄狮少年》), creating more diverse avenues for realizing the value of premium content.

From home furnishings and global operations to new-energy equipment and smart city services, and from premium content development and IP operations to investments across private and public markets, Infore Group continues to channel resources into its industries, products, and capabilities, strengthening the foundations for steady growth.

Looking ahead, the Group will continue to deepen the implementation of its “3+1” strategy and enhance its capabilities in industrial operations, technological innovation, and global resource allocation. Through higher-quality products and services, Infore Group will continue to respond to people’s aspirations for a better life and move steadily toward its vision of becoming “a global industrial group leading the way to a better life.”
