On July 21, the 2026 Fortune China 500 list was released. Infore Group made the list for the second consecutive year, ranking No. 409.

From its debut last year to its return this year, the ranking reflects the Group’s continued growth in scale, as well as its strengthening business resilience, operational effectiveness and capacity for long-term development amid a complex market environment.

The Fortune China 500 uses the same ranking methodology as the Fortune Global 500. It covers both listed and unlisted companies in China and uses revenue and other financial data to show how the country’s largest businesses are developing.

More Than 30 Years of Steady Growth and Rising Strength

Founded in 1994, Infore Group has grown over more than three decades into a diversified industrial group with a global outlook. As of December 2025, the Group had more than 60,000 employees, nearly RMB 100 billion in total assets and nearly RMB 40 billion in revenue. Its businesses reached more than 200 countries and regions, and it maintained an AAA issuer credit rating.

Guided by its mission to “Make Life Better,” Infore Group operates across five key sectors: consumer products, environment, culture, asset management and technology. Its core business portfolio includes the listed companies KUKA HOME (603816), Infore Enviro (000967) and Baination Pictures (300291), forming a sustainable ecosystem of businesses dedicated to improving everyday life.

Deepening Core Businesses and Sustaining Growth Momentum

Amid changes in the external environment and shifts in industry cycles, Infore Group continues to deepen its operations in core sectors. Its leading businesses are building capabilities in product innovation, customer engagement, intelligent transformation and global market expansion, strengthening the foundation for the Group’s steady growth.

Consumer Products | Deepening Global Operations and Strengthening the Value Chain

KUKA HOME (603816) is advancing four strategic priorities: retail transformation, deeper global operations, quality offerings and efficiency-driven growth. It continues to strengthen product innovation, retail operations, supply chain coordination and global brand management. Its business now reaches more than 120 countries and regions, with nearly 6,000 branded stores and more than 8 million registered members. With its new manufacturing base in Vietnam operational and construction of its Indonesia base progressing, the company is moving beyond product exports toward deeper brand development and localized operations in global markets.

Environment | Reinforcing Industry Leadership and Accelerating Intelligent Transformation

Infore Enviro (000967) continues to strengthen its leading position in intelligent environmental equipment and smart city services. Its environmental equipment sales and market share remain the highest in the industry. With intelligent equipment, smart services and intelligent cloud computing as its strategic priorities, the company is accelerating its shift toward new energy, intelligent technologies and autonomous operations. Its smart cleaning robots have been deployed at scale in more than 60 prefecture-level cities across over 20 provinces in China. The company is also expanding into urban services and digital operations, building capabilities that span equipment research and manufacturing through smart service delivery.

Culture | Creating Premium Content and Extending the IP Value Chain

Baination Pictures (300291) has built substantial creative expertise and an IP portfolio across television series, films and animation. It continues to develop high-quality projects while extending its core IP into musicals, themed dining, merchandise and cultural tourism experiences. These efforts are opening up new opportunities for long-term IP operation and value creation beyond content production.

From home furnishings and smart sanitation to premium content and professional investment, the Group’s combined efforts in business operations, technological innovation, global expansion and long-term value creation provide a strong foundation for resilience through industry cycles and steady growth.

Looking ahead, Infore Group will continue to advance its “3+1” strategy and strengthen its capabilities in business operations, technological innovation and global resource allocation. It will provide customers with more comfortable and safer products and services while contributing to industry innovation and social progress.

With a long-term commitment to its businesses and a focus on creating value, Infore Group will continue to pursue its vision of becoming a global industrial group that leads the way in making life better.
