Infore Group Successfully Issues RMB 500 Million in Medium-Term Notes with a 2.65% Coupon

On January 20, Infore Group Co., Ltd. (“Infore Group”) announced the successful issuance of its first tranche of medium-term notes for 2025, designated 25盈峰MTN001.
The three-year notes have an issue size of RMB 500 million and a coupon rate of 2.65%. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China served as lead underwriter and bookrunner. The joint lead underwriters were Shunde Rural Commercial Bank, Industrial Bank, Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Ping An Bank.
This was Infore Group’s first public bond issuance following the upgrade of its issuer credit rating to AAA. The offering received broad support from investors.
